Click here to claim your account if you have been sent a claim code
If you currently can not get into your school account to see your claim code, then please submit your information on this form and I will get your claim code sent out to you.
Most staff members will need the Rapid Identity app installed on your smartphone to get the codes for 2-factor authentication.
You can get the app from the links below.
Apple Android
Bus drivers, bus monitors, instructional aides & coaches will not need the app. They will use a "Pictograph" to secure their accounts.

When creating a password, complexity doesn't always mean better. A password that contains numbers, letters, symbols, both lower and upper case and a length of 10 characters long will buy you 3 years. If your password is 15 characters long and all lowercase with no symbols or numbers, then it will take 82 years. The length of the password matters more than complexity.
By contrast, if your password is only 8 characters long and only contains numbers, it will be broken ‘instantly’.
Also, if you are using a password that has already been compromised then you may as well pack your bags and close the account because hackers will again break into it immediately. Hence why security best practices always advocate against password reuse – no matter how long the password is.
I recommend using a pass"phrase". Two or more words together that is easy for you to remember. If you happen to like fish sticks, your password could be "ireallylikefishsticks".
